A workshop for enthusiastic 1st timers, beginners, and more competent artists.

Children over 10 welcome with an accompanying adult.
Paint beautiful views to celebrate the Cookhams with award-winning artist Catherine Beale. Catherine favours bright colours, textures and pattern making. She will demonstrate a range of loose watercolour techniques for you to try and then support and guide you through to a completed picture.

If you wish you can produce prints and or cards of the finished picture to sell on the final weekend of the festival. We are hoping all work produced will be on display in The Ferry, following the workshop until Wednesday 15th May.

Please bring:
an apron and enthusiasm.

You will be supplied with:

everything you need.
A4 Daler Rowney paper
3 watercolour brushes to borrow - 1 inch flat; 3/8 or half inch flat; rigger or fine brush
Paint palettes to borrow
Tubed watercolour paint by Winsor and Newton in a variety of lovely colours.
